Important Holiday Information
ROOM PRICES
All Room prices are in Euro per person and day, including breakfast buffet. Exclusive of resort tax. For the 3rd and 4th person in a Comfort Room you receive a discount of € 10.00 per day. In summer you receive the Summer Card free of charge for the duration of your stay.
LANDHAUS APARTMENT PRICES
All Landhaus Apartment prices are valid for the indicated number of persons, exclusive of breakfast buffet, (Euro 25,00 per person and day) end-of-stay cleaning fee and resort tax. End-of-stay cleaning fee: € 18.00 per person.
RESORT TAX
Resort tax € 4.00 per person and night. The resort tax is charged separately. Children and young adults under 15 years don't pay the resort tax.
Short Stay Supplement
For short stays of up to 3 days we charge +15% .

Child discounts in parents room with 2 full-paying adults:
0-2 years for free | 3-5 years 75% | 6-12 years 50% | 13-15 years 25%

Check-in from 1.00 pm (earlier only on request).
Check-out until 9.30 am.

Sorry, pets are not allowed at Landhaus Sepp Santer.
Advance Payment
For a binding booking a 50% advance payment of the total booking amount is required. Please transfer the amount to the following bank account within 10 days from your reservation,
the rest 1 week before you arrive.

Cancellation Terms & General Conditions
The cancellation terms and general contract conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
- 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total booking amount
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
- 1 week prior to arrival: 90 % of the total booking amount
